We don't just sell the sheet.
We cut it.

Plastic Online is the online counter of a working fabrication shop. The routers, the laser, the forming bed and the welding bay are ours, in one building on the Gold Coast — which is why we can quote a finished part rather than the material it comes out of.

A supplier that owns its machines

Most of what is sold online as "cut to size" is a sheet passed to somebody else's saw. Ours goes across the room. The person cutting your part can see the drawing, ring you about the bit that will not work, and put it right before it ships.

That is the difference this business is built on. Plastic Online is the storefront; Holland Plastics is the workshop behind it — engineering plastics, PVC and acrylic in sheet, rod and tube, cut, routed, formed, machined and welded on the same floor.

The other half is reach. We hold stock and dispatch from a depot in every capital city, so a fabricator in Perth or a council in Hobart is served on the same terms as one in Brisbane. Buying online should not cost you time against the supplier down the road.

We cut to ±0.1 mm. Tell us which dimensions are critical and we will confirm against your drawing at quote stage — including whether the tolerance has to hold across a stack of parts.

Nested, profiled and cut out in one pass

Full-sheet capacity means a run of parts is nested rather than cut one at a time — less waste in the sheet, and the price follows.

How an order actually runs

No lead-time promise here on purpose. What we can tell you is exactly what happens to your part, and who to ring while it happens.

01

You price it yourself

The calculator quotes the cut live from the same pricing engine our estimators use. No callback to find out what it costs.

02

It becomes a job card

Your dimensions, notes and drawings go to the floor as one card. The person cutting reads what you wrote, not a summary of it.

03

Cut, checked, packed

Measured off the machine against the card, then packed for freight — foam and board on anything that can chip an edge.

04

Out of the nearest depot

Tracked from dispatch, with the carrier and consignment on your confirmation email.

Got a drawing? We'll quote the finished part.

DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF or a photo of a sketch on the back of a docket — all of it works. You get a fabricator on the phone, not a call centre.
