Photograph on receipt and tell us - we'll arrange a replacement.
Faulty material
Manufacturing defects put right under the consumer guarantees - repair, replacement or refund.
Wrong item shipped
Return label provided. Full refund or correct item dispatched.
Return address
We dispatch from several depots, so we give you the correct return address in writing with your authorisation. Never post to the consignment-note address.
Custom cut-to-size
Non-returnable unless faulty (cut to your specifications).
Change of mind
Full, uncut sheet only: return within 14 days, unused, at your freight cost. 25% restocking fee. Email us first for a return authorisation.
We replace it.
